Joe the Webmaster is a member of the Massachusetts and Florida Bars.  He is a member of the political action group called Coalition against Election Fraud (www.caef.us).  CAEF was formed in Cambridge , Mass. soon after the Presidential Election of 2004 for the purpose of persuading United States Senators and Congressman to object on January 6, 2005 to certifying the Electoral College vote for the states of Ohio , Florida and New Mexico based upon massive voter suppression and computer fraud.  As a result of  CAEF’S efforts and many other concerned citizens' efforts across the country, Senator Barbara Boxer joined Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones in objecting to the certification of the electors from the State of Ohio .  These objections forced both the Senate and the House of Representatives to separately debate for two hours each whether to certify the Electoral College vote for the State of Ohio . As a result of this objection to the certification of these electors and the following two hour debate, 33 Congresspeople joined Senator Boxer in objecting to the certification of the electors from the State of Ohio .
