Israel is a lying, rogue nuclear state enabled by the lying,

Israel was accepted as a member of the United Nations (UN) in 1948 contingent upon their acceptance of UN Security Council (UNSC) Resolution 194, which included: 11. Resolves that the refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for the property of those choosing not to return and for loss of or damage to property which, under principles of international law or in equity, should be made good by the Governments or authorities responsible; Israel has never fulfilled this condition. Moreover, UN General Assembly Resolution 3236 requires Israel to allow Palestinians self-government: Reaffirms the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people in Palestine, including: (a) The right to self-determination without external interference; (b) The right to national independence and sovereignty; Reaffirms also the inalienable right of the Palestinians to return to their homes and property from which they have been displaced and uprooted, and calls for their return; Emphasizes that full respect for and the realization of these inalienable rights of the Palestinian people are indispensable for the solution of the question of Palestine; Self-government makes a blockade of land and sea by Israel onto Gaza unlawful, and the boarding of international ships in international waters an Act of War against Palestine and those nations flying those ships’ flags; including the United States of America. After 60+ years of Israel failing to deliver its conditions for UN membership, the obvious lawful response is to revoke Israel’s membership and have the UNSC address what to do about Israel’s condition as a rogue nuclear state practicing murderous apartheid against Palestinians. This, however, will not happen. Israel has a history of rejecting UNSC Resolutions; over 50 by this count. This places Israel in violation of the one area of UN jurisdiction, international security, almost once a year for their entire existence. In addition, the US has vetoed over 40 UNSC Resolutions against Israel; each time as the only vote. The US is engaged in its own unlawful wars, as the facts make clear in “emperor has no clothes" obvious conclusion proven beyond any doubt in these two papers: Academic and professional: “Open proposal to higher education” Citizen and passionate for justice: “Government by dicts” These papers also document that the US conspires with Israel for expanded unlawful war in Iran; all based upon Orwellian lies that a few moments’ inspection of the facts reveal. They also document that these lies are backed by official US policy for first-strike use of nuclear weapons against Iran. Please try to embrace facts and not empty rhetoric in this area; just as you do in all other areas of competence. I stake my professional reputation on this objective and independently verifiable evidence. You are obligated to view and understand the evidence before you qualify to affirm or refute it. Please work in reality here. Facts do speak for themselves, if you let them. The objective data in these two papers demonstrate the US government has murderously broken their contract with the American public of the limits of government set in the US Constitution. When all the US public gets is escalating violations of our most sacred rights and laws that high school students are taught to recognize, the rational response of the US public is to withdraw our support of that government. US soldiers and all government employees have an Oath to defend and support the US Constitution, which includes arrest of those issuing orders for its violation. As these papers emphasize, I’m a leading advocate for Truth and Reconciliation: an exchange of full truth and return of stolen public assets for no prosecution. I don’t imagine an alternative effective response when both parties’ “leadership” is so deeply criminal. The most expeditious strategy is to drive a political and legal wedge between those souls willing to help the public with a “Scrooge conversion” from the monsters committed to tyranny. Our global condition of a rogue Israel enabled by a rogue United States, with no visible governance to protect humanity from the scourge of war, places us in a Catch-22 position of having to re-invent the UN. The facts demonstrate current “leadership” as having other interests than preventing Wars of Aggression, War Crimes, and mass-murders with anything other than empty rhetoric. I’ve written about the unlawful collective punishment of Gaza by Israel, with UN documentation of the semi-starvation of their children, and pointed to other journalists’ outstanding reporting. Today, I point to Joshua Holland’s poignant work: 7 Questions for Defenders of Israel's Inhumane Siege of Gaza. Josh makes the case that Israel’s national security is not under attack by forbidding the 1.5 million people of Gaza food and medicine. Israel destroyed Gaza power plants, sewage treatment plants, water plants, hospitals, medical clinics, schools, apartments, and forbids Gaza receiving building materials. Israel even prevents Gaza exports. Those acts against civilians are, of course, Orwellian unlawful. Here is a partial list of forbidden items for Gaza by Israel for your consideration; in poetic form. POEM : « What is not allowed » No tinned meat is allowed, no tomato paste, no clothing, no shoes, no notebooks. These will be stored in our warehouses at Kerem Shalom until further notice. Bananas, apples, and persimmons are allowed into Gaza, peaches and dates, and now macaroni (after the American Senator’s visit). These are vital for daily sustenance. But no apricots, no plums, no grapes, no avocados, no jam. These are luxuries and are not allowed. Paper for textbooks is not allowed. The terrorists could use it to print seditious material. And why do you need textbooks now that your schools are rubble? No steel is allowed, no building supplies, no plastic pipe. These the terrorists could use to launch rockets against us. Pumpkins and carrots you may have, but no delicacies, no cherries, no pomegranates, no watermelon, no onions, no chocolate. We have a list of three dozen items that are allowed, but we are not obliged to disclose its contents. This is the decision arrived at by Colonel Levi, Colonel Rosenzweig, and Colonel Segal. Our motto: ‘No prosperity, no development, no humanitarian crisis.’ You may fish in the Mediterranean, but only as far as three km from shore. Beyond that and we open fire. It is a great pity the waters are polluted – twenty million gallons of raw sewage dumped into the sea every day is the figure given. Our rockets struck the sewage treatments plants, and at this point spare parts to repair them are not allowed. As long as Hamas threatens us, no cement is allowed, no glass, no medical equipment. We are watching you from our pilotless drones as you cook your sparse meals over open fires and bed down in the ruins of houses destroyed by tank shells. And if your children can’t sleep, missing the ones who were killed in our incursion, or cry out in the night, or wet their beds in your makeshift refugee tents, or scream, feeling pain in their amputated limbs – that’s the price you pay for harbouring terrorists. A predictable line of propaganda to fallaciously attack my documented facts is to call them “un-American.” This is Orwellian-absurd, as America is literally the support of the ideal of unalienable rights and the US Constitution, which my work proves are disgracefully destroyed by current political and economic US “leadership.” Indeed, the US was founded by our Fathers who took such a stand against their subjugation by the British and passionately wrote for future generations of Americans to defend their rights against such propaganda to surrender their freedom. This book is usual reading in college philosophy courses today. Descartes is considered the founder of modern philosophy, the founder of analytical geometry (which led to calculus), and a founder of the Scientific Revolution. Descartes was well-known in his age, but highly controversial. His work was condemned by the Roman Catholic Church in 1633, and his books put on the Index of Prohibited Books in 1663. The University of Utrecht condemned his work in 1643, where he had previously taught. For those involved in support of US government-sponsored disinformation in whatever versions of Operation Mockingbird that are active, I invite you to consider the quality of human relationships you wish to create. National security and a brighter future is not a function of fear, manipulation, and control. Our best security follows cooperation, justice under the law, dignity, and freedom. Working for your best imagined self-expression of virtue may include a unique contribution from the inside of your agency. Public attraction to the stories of Star Wars and the Harry Potter books/movies recognize that our society’s jump to civilized relations for all of us might require support from people within the “dark side” acting as covert agents for building a brighter future. Another option is becoming a whistle-blower; Project Camelot is a popular venue for people in sensitive positions. Ultimately, I recommend a Truth and Reconciliation process to exchange full truth for no prosecution, explained in detail at the link. Please consider the wisdom of your own “Scrooge conversion” to act for the benefit of building a brighter future for all humanity rather than propagandizing for your controlling, manipulating, and loveless “masters’” psychopathic policies of violence and suffering. “Scrooge was better than his word. If we are to build a brighter future, the broadest picture must be communicated. Los Angelinos will play leading roles in communicating these issues’ importance to all humanity and in context to the economic and security concerns of local communities and families, as I explain above. These issues are ongoing “current events” of literally trillions of our collective dollars that directly effect billions of human beings, around the world who we touch in L.A.’s media market and where so many of us have family and friends, and locally with the per household tax burden for trillions of our collective dollars. Current US wars cost every L.A. County household ~$30,000 to $50,000 in long-term costs; over $100 billion total. To put this in perspective, California’s state budget deficit is $20 billion; the source of unemployment cutbacks and shortages of services. The economic theft to L.A. County is also conservatively in the hundreds of billions; don't believe me, confirm here.
